Foundation aims to raise money to buy PPE for front line workers

– As World Clubfoot Day is being celebrated, STEPS Charity launched a new fund with the objective of aiding front line staff and caregivers
– The objective is to purchase PPE for those working at the 36 state clubfoot clinics
– The foundation is the only South African non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting babies born with clubfoot

It is estimated that approximately 11 000 babies are born with clubfoot in South Africa every year. However, with proper treatment, the condition is curable with very high success rates. STEPS Charity is the only South African non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting babies born with clubfoot.
